Before becoming a coach, James spent more than twenty-five years in senior leadership roles across global FMCG and consumer healthcare organizations, including Haleon and GSK. He led competitive strategy, market performance, and business intelligence initiatives, partnering closely with CEOs, CFOs, and leadership teams to navigate complex decisions in rapidly changing environments.

Today, he brings that same strategic discipline to coaching.

He has coached clients throughout North America, Latin America, Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, bringing a global perspective shaped by extensive international business experience.

His approach combines formal coaching training with practical executive experience and a strong foundation in critical thinking.

Credentials & Education

James is a Columbia University Credentialed Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC), having completed the Columbia Coaching Certification Program, including advanced coaching training, supervised coaching practicum work, coaching demonstrations, and formal assessment.

He is also certified in Hofstede’s Culture in the Workplace Questionnaire™ (CWQ), a framework used to understand how cultural differences influence leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational behavior.

He holds an MBA with concentrations in International Economics and Marketing from Drexel University and a BA in English with a focus on critical theory from Temple University.

His work draws from a combination of formal coaching training, executive leadership experience, cultural intelligence, strategic thinking, and a longstanding interest in critical thinking.
