Every coaching engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute chemistry session.
This initial conversation provides an opportunity to discuss current challenges, goals, and what a client hopes to gain from coaching. It also allows both parties to determine whether the relationship feels like the right fit.
Coaching works best when there is mutual trust, openness, and a productive working dynamic. The chemistry session is designed to establish whether those conditions are present before making a commitment to work together.

Coaching engagements typically begin with a minimum commitment of six sessions. Most clients meet either weekly or every other week, depending on their goals, schedule, and the nature of the work. Sessions are conducted virtually and last approximately 60 minutes.
A six-session engagement provides enough space to identify patterns, explore alternatives, and translate insights into action. Some clients find they benefit from longer term coaching relationships, while many get everything they need from the initial six sessions.
People seek coaching at a variety of career stages and across many professions. Some are focused on leadership, some on career development, and others on navigating a specific personal or professional challenge.
Many clients arrive with a specific issue in mind. We address these challenges directly while exploring the patterns and assumptions that may be contributing to them. The common thread is not seniority or profession. It is a desire to think more clearly, act more intentionally, and continue learning.
Coaching is a collaborative process.
Our clients bring context, experience, values, goals, and an understanding of their own circumstances. Our coaching process helps our clients to ask harder questions, identify patterns, and develop clear perspective.
Better decisions tend to follow clearer thinking.
Coaching does not stop when a session ends.
Clients are encouraged to reflect on conversations, experiment with new approaches, and observe how ideas play out in practice. Depending on the engagement, 'homework' may be suggested between sessions.

Coaching conversations are confidential.
Creating a space where clients can think openly, explore uncertainty, test ideas, and discuss sensitive issues is fundamental to the coaching process. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to others without the client’s permission, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm.
Protecting client confidentiality is a core part of the coaching relationship.
